Do I need to register in order to purchase?
Yes, you do. But you can freely browse the website without having to register. We need you to register because we need to have the delivery details for your order.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Redenhair offers its customers free shipping except for the Balearic Islands, in which case it costs 8.77 EUR.
If you place your order before 6 pm, it will be delivered in 24-48 hours once payment is confirmed (provided the person is at home). The parcel will be delivered by MRW at any time during the day up to 7 pm.

Is it safe to buy in the Redenhair online shop?
Yes. You can do so with complete peace of mind. All our transactions are protected, and especially online credit card payments. The transaction is carried out via a secure server (SSL) and your card number is encrypted.
Who can buy in the online shop?
Redenhair's online shop is intended for end customers over the age of 18.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Returns will be accepted up to 15 days following the date of confirmation of your purchase.
We only accept returned items if they are in perfect condition, with their original packaging. Returned items that have been tampered with, opened or tried will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of returning non-damaged items.
If your order is damaged on arrival, you must record this on the transport company’s delivery note and report it to our Customer Services department. We will then tell you how to return the item concerned. Once our warehouse has received the goods, we will check the condition of the packages and, if appropriate, we will resend your order.
If the aforementioned conditions are not met, Redenhair will not accept the returned items and will inform the customer by e-mail. Rejected items will be kept at our warehouse for one month, during which time they will be at the customer’s disposal. The customer may request for them to be resent, but this time will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Redenhair reserves the right to reject returns sent after the deadline that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
The transport company will be liable for any loss, damage or delayed delivery, in which case MRW's Terms and Conditions of Transport will apply.
Management and shipping costs of a return order due to quality or management error from Redenhair will be at no cost to the customer: Our company will manage the collection of the defective product and proceed to the delivery of the new item, after receipt of the product.
If you want you can send us a photo to appreciate the defect in the product to expedite the shipping process. If the reason of the return is not related to quality or error, the customer will be responsible for any processing and shipping charges, which will be 6 euros. We will make the payment of the returned product within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method you used when ordering.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will have to wait to receive the goods and then make the return of the order.

If you choose this method of payment, you will be redirected to our virtual POS to guarantee the total security of your payment. The information about your order and online card payment is protected by a secure server using SSL technology and your card number will be encrypted.
For what reasons might my credit card be rejected?
- Your card may have expired.
- You may have reached your credit limit.
- You may have entered your details incorrectly.
Cash on delivery: Payment will be made in cash when your order is delivered to your home. The courier service will charge you 3.99 EUR extra as a handling fee.
The maximum amount that can be handled with this method of payment is: 300 EUR
According to Spanish Law 34/2002 on Electronic Commerce, any purchase that is processed and confirmed via the Internet must be accepted once it has been sent.
PayPal:
PayPal is the quickest and safest way to pay on the Internet.
It is easy to pay for your orders by debit or credit card or from your bank account through PayPal.
In this case the goods will be sent to the address that you give when confirming your order, regardless of the address that is linked to your PayPal account.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY TIMES
Which parcel service will deliver my order?
All our deliveries are made by the MRW transport company.
Where will I receive my order?
Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be delivered to the specified address within 24-48 hours* from Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
*Orders placed before 6 pm from Monday to Thursday (not including public holidays) will be delivered within 24 hours, provided that the person is at home.
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address to the one you gave upon registration and this change requires MRW to reprocess the delivery because the postcode has changed, the customer must pay for the cost of this change, which is 6 EUR for mainland Spain and 13 EUR for the Balearic Islands.
Delivery timetable: Monday to Friday (working days) until 7 pm at the given delivery address. In the case of home deliveries, the timetable is 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can see the status of your order at any time by clicking on the link in my account/order history and selecting the corresponding order. We will also send you an email and a text message informing you of the delivery number so that you know that the goods are on their way to you.
